Broken Machine? Give us a call!

We've repaired dozens of machines for Woodworking, Metalworking, and Exercise. We always strive to source or fabricate every piece of safety equipment we can. Our experience includes full re-wiring of mechanically controlled mortisers, full recoating of rusted cabinet saws, and repairing sheared teeth on an engine lathe.

Delta Unisaw Repair Highlights

OEM Splitter
Safety is the most important feature of any machine. This machine came to us without a riving knife or splitter. Splitters are important to prevent kickback incidents. We sourced this OEM splitter that conveniently drops below the table for rabbets and dados.
New Fence
This unisaw was missing its fence. We had a perfectly sized fence and rails from a table saw we had scrapped for parts. Much cheaper and faster than sourcing an OEM unisaw fence.
Automotive Grade Paint
The bottom portion of this machine was rusting out from the wood chips sitting inside. There were also scratches and dings all over it. We sourced a color matched automotive grade paint, and painted the entire base.
Motor Cover
This Unisaw had no motor cover which made dust collection an impossible task. We fabricated and welded on a hinged motor cover.
Dust Collection
Lack of dust collection was causing air quality problems and rust in the bottom of the saw cabinet. We added a slanted bottom that slides the dust into the back left corner of the machine. A four inch dust port collects the dust as it falls down the slanted bottom. This solved the air issues and the rust.
